Questions people actually ask
- Is the free plan really usable, or is it a demo?
- It is the product. Product Research, Competitor Research, Store Finder, Ad Research, the tracker, charts, 90 days of history and unlimited searches are all on Free, with no credit card.
- So what exactly am I paying for?
- Automation. On Free you check things yourself and press “Run checks now” whenever you like. On Pro, Driftly evaluates every rule for you continuously and delivers the result to email, browser push, Telegram and Discord.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Your saved products, competitor stores, tracker and alert rules stay — they simply stop being evaluated automatically, and the tracker returns to the 10-product free allowance.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes, from the Stripe billing portal in Settings → Subscription. Yearly works out to two free months.
- Where does the data come from?
- Driftly reads through a pluggable research-data provider. The figures you see today are modelled demo estimates; the same interface accepts a live crawler or third-party API without touching a single page.
